Bliska Negroni
A vodka-based Negroni with Campari and rich vermouth, deepened by chocolate bitters and a dark chocolate garnish for a bittersweet, cacao-tinged finish.
INGREDIENTS
1.0 oz Bliska Wheat and Potato Vodka
1.0 oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth
1.0 oz Campari
2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Garnish: Dark chocolate shard
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Stir until frosted, then strain into a lowball over a clear ice cube. Garnish with a shard of dark chocolate.
