A sparkling, citrus-forward twist on the French 75, blending bright lemon with Bliska’s smooth vodka character and a lively Champagne finish.
INGREDIENTS
1.0 oz Bliska Wheat and Potato Vodka
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1)
3.0 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Garnish: Lemon twist
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing glass with ice, combine Bliska, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir until well chilled, strain into a coupe, top with Champagne or Prosecco, and garnish with a lemon twist.
