Bliska Biscoff
A rich, dessert-style cocktail where Bliska vodka meets Biscoff cookie spread, cream, and spice for a silky, biscuit-like treat in a glass.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Bliska Wheat and Potato Vodka
0.5 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery Louisa’s Liqueur
0.5 oz Whole milk
2 tbsp Biscoff cookie spread
Dusting of fresh nutmeg
Garnish: Biscoff cookie

DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, combine Biscoff cookie spread and Bliska; dry shake until dissolved. Add Louisa’s Liqueur, whole milk, and ice, then shake until frosted. Strain into a coupe, top with freshly grated nutmeg, and garnish with a Biscoff cookie.
