A bright, three-ingredient vodka sour that pairs Bliska’s smooth wheat and potato character with floral honey sweetness and clarified lime for a clean, citrusy snap and an easy-sipping finish.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Bliska Wheat and Potato vodka
0.5 oz Honey
1.0 oz clarified lime juice
Garnish: lime wheel on large ice cube
DIRECTIONS
Add Bliska, honey, and clarified lime juice to a rocks glass. Stir until the honey has fully dissolved. Add a large ice cube, then garnish with a thinly sliced lime wheel.
