A creamy and refreshing cocktail inspired by a Piña Colada, made with vodka, pineapple, and coconut, with the light, smooth character of a tropical smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Bliska Wheat and Potato vodka
4.0 oz Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
DIRECTIONS
Add Bliska Wheat and Potato vodka, pineapple juice, and Coco Lopez cream of coconut to a shaker with ice. Shake until cold, strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
